Job Description:
As a senior member of the Infor WFM Implementation team, you will lead HCM project success. In this role, you will implement and configure Infor WFM, while exercising your project management skills. Taking ownership of solution design, configuration, documentation, and delivery, you will foster a high level of client service while simultaneously navigating your Infor WFM project to timely completion. This role also calls for the successful candidate to coach and train junior consultants.
Responsibilities:
- Direct your project’s success with a high level of initiative – don’t expect the project to be a success – make it happen!
- Own project change management process as necessary ensuring maximum feature adoption by clients
- Manage multiple initiatives from implementing Infor WFM to managing our customers’ tools, processes and software
- Meet with customers and prospects to define project requirements, including defining scope and needs analysis.
- Solution design, configuration, documentation, and delivery.
- Perform Software Testing and Acceptance, including the development and maintenance of Test Plans and Use Cases
- Mentor, train and empower junior team members and client end-users on application concepts, tools, and best practices.
- Become the Go-To resource on all things Infor WFM for your client

- Extract, manipulate, load, and integrate a large amount of data with multiple systems and external parties
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of related experience
- Consulting experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the HR and WFM function & processes
- Experience with workforce management software such as Infor WFM (formerly known as Workbrain), Ultimate UTA, WorkForce Software, NovaTime, Kronos time and attendance suite, or other similar WFM solution
- Working knowledge of the various workforce management disciplines like Accruals, Attendance Tracking, Compliance monitoring, Employee Self Service, Leave Management, Overtime Equalization, Schedule Optimization, Work Authorization, Activity tracking for monitoring idle time, utilization, productivity and incentive pay.
- Basic working knowledge of systems infrastructure.

- Ability to interact at all levels of the client organization
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment
- Up to 25% travel required

Education: Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Consulting, Computer Science, or a combination of relevant certifications and experience.
