Senior HCM Consultant (UKG Pro Focus)

Location: US & Canada

Job Description: 

As a senior member of the UKG Pro Implementation team you will lead HCM project success. In this role you will implement and configure UKG Pro, while exercising your project management skills. Taking ownership of solution design, configuration, documentation, and delivery you will foster a high-level of client service while simultaneously navigating your UKG Pro project to timely completion. This role also calls upon for the successful candidate to coach and train junior consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct your project’s success with a high-level of initiative – don’t expect the project to be a success – make it happen!
  • Own project change management process as necessary 
  • Manage multiple initiatives from implementing UKG Pro to managing our customers’ tools, processes and software
  • Meet with customers and prospects to define project requirements, including defining scope and needs analysis
  • Solution design, configuration, documentation and delivery.
  • Perform Software Testing and Acceptance, including the development and maintenance of Test Plans and Use Cases
  •  Mentor, train and empower junior team members and client end-users  on application concepts, tools, and best practices
  • Become the Go-To resource on all things UKG Pro for your client
  • Track and report on project status

Skills & Experience:

  • Willingness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of self-autonomy – we give you the tools and training and you make success happen!
  • Experience managing software or technology projects with an eye on managing deliverables, scope, timelines etc. 
  • Excellent time management skills in knowing how to use your billable hours successfully and maximize productivity while handling multiple clients/projects/deliverables
  • Ability to prioritize client needs and understand end-user requirements
  • Strong problem solving abilities 
  • Software implementation/configuration experience
  • Basic working knowledge of systems infrastructure.

Education: Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Engineering, IT, Consulting, Computer Science or a combination of relevant certifications and experience.
